Elvis is one of High Tails' famous farm cats.  Not only does he love people and other cats but he loves dogs.  He can often be found sunning himself in the parking lot or trying to get into your vehicle if the doors are left open.  He'll nudge, kiss and roll to greet your dog (unless they chase him of course!).

He's truly an amazing mouse and goffer catcher.  Especially since he's cross-eyed and 10 years old!  So if you see this creamsicle-colored old fella, be sure to give him a little love!

Cross your paws Elvis!

This holiday season Elvis met so many new friends.  Because Elvis loves dogs (and cats) he would hang out in the grooming office greeting clients as they came and went.  He even engaged in play with a 5 month old bichon puppy!  He also submitted to a doodle, allowing the doodle to sit right on him.


Great news from Dr. Wendy. She says that Elvis' tumours in his stomach have shrunk. The meds are working!

Elvis had his first chiropractic adjustment today!!!

It was amazing to watch him melt into Dr. Josee Gerard's hands has she worked her way up his little spine.  There were a lot of areas of his spine that were not in proper alignment thus interfering with his body's ability to heal itself.  Perhaps his tumors will shrink even more now!

Dr. Josee Gerard will be joining our team in a few weeks offering chiropractic care to all our animal friends.  We are so excited to welcome her!

Elvis is often found hanging out in the grooming room with us.  He will sit on the edge of the tub and watch us bath a dog.  He will nuzzle a dog on the grooming table as the blow dryer is going.  Or he will "lounge" on the table as we try to groom.  He was even spotted one day climbing into a kennel with a dog!  



Elvis is one hilarious and special member of the High Tails' Team!

(And yes he still goes to work, just not as often as he used to.  Come spring I'm sure we'll see him outside hunting a little more often.)
